This movie is obviously based alongside the second Beyblade season, Beyblade 2002. However, the movie is out of continuity because Takao/Tyson and Daichi did not know each other when they first met in the third season, Beyblade G Revolution. However, in a continuity aspect, this movie takes place after Takao/Tyson gets Dragoon V2 (the only character to have a V2 Series Beyblade in this movie besides Daichi, I might add) but before Rei has his Bit Beast stolen by Dunga.
Real Beyblade Top Debuts: Gaia Dragoon, Gaia Dragoon Vurst (Burst), and Dark Series (Dark Dragoon, Dark Dranzer, Dark Driger, and Dark Draciel)
Beyblade the Movie: Tyson vs. Daichi Fierce Battle, was based on a one-shot story done by creator Takao Aoki. It is unknown what date this comic came out in, but according to Viz Media's English translation of the manga, volume 14 states that the movie was released after Beyblade the TV series ended. This is still unknown though.
